West Michigan’s neighborhood craft roaster. Coffee as art, not commerce. We
endeavor to elevate the bean itself and every hand that has touched it along the
way, from the farmer to our roaster. Our boutique, specialty coffees need no
syrups or flavorings and should be enjoyed at your local café or favorite restaurant
in their simplest form and without pretense.

Michigan--land of woods and water, America’s Third Coast. Independent, loyal, connected with our heritage and the land. Michigander’s love quality but despise pretense. Comfort is the memory of a wooden rowboat from somewhere in our
collective past. Perhaps it is a Native American birch bark or dugout canoe or
maybe its grandpa’s fishing boat or the priceless restored antique at the lake
house? Everyone has one, weather it’s a memory or the real thing. It
represents quality and a connection to the land and water and the place
that is Michigan.

Rowster Coffee is about that special place, where commerce is left behind.
Where setting out is more important than arriving at a destination. Its about
a close connection to shared ideals about what is good, what is right, what
is important, condensed into a simple coffee bean. You’re going to buy coffee.
We challenge you to think about where your coffee comes from, the aroma,
flavor, what it evokes and how it makes you feel. Hints of blueberry, juniper,
apples, chestnuts, cinnamon, cocoa. A product grown thousands of miles
away, high up on the coolest tropical slopes and bathed in sea breezes,
comes home to Michigan, to your local roaster who cares enough to risk
it all to make sure you get coffee right.
